Justice

Considered a “neutral” card, Justice embodies impartiality. Every action entails a consequence, for the Universe doesn’t grant favors but functions on the law of cause and effect. Getting the card upright is a reminder of the importance of accountability. What goes around comes around. All our decisions - past, present, and future - will be met with fair judgment, and thus, we must act according to how we want to be judged. If you acted fairly but were treated poorly, this card assures you that the Universe sees every wrongdoing. However, if you have caused harm, you must make amends and be ready for the consequences.

A reversed Justice card might point to an unwillingness or denial to accept consequences, whether they are of someone else’s or your own. It’s a call for you to be brave and recognize that while you cannot change what has been done, your present actions can still influence your future. It could also mean that despite your best efforts, the scales of justice do not seem to be tipping in your favor. This encourages you to be fair and logical, as eventually, the scales will balance out.
