The Eight of Pentacles is all about giving our best, steadiest efforts for stellar outcomes. When Reversed, it suggests the opposite. The output we yield reflects inexperience, mediocrity, haphazard efforts, or unpreparedness for the job. Perhaps you are having trouble understanding or accomplishing the task at hand or feeling overwhelmed or burned out. Whether it is due to a lack of skills, demotivation, miscommunication, or procrastination, the card encourages us to address the root cause of our challenge.
